Measure radius in SU

sometimes its not possible to find what the radius is. What to do?

In order to get a radius, the edge must be an Arc or Circle as shown in Entity Info. You're showing a Curve. Replace the curve with an Arc.
If the curve is circular, you could manually locate the center using guidelines or I think Chris Fullmer has a plugin that can identify that center if the curve was originally an arc. See CLF Arc Centerpoint Finder in the Extension Warehouse.
