Round Corner Plugin Not Showing Up

I have been trying to install the Round Corner plugin and am getting a message that it was installed successfully but it never shows up. I did install the Fredo6 Lib version 5.6a first and it shows when I look at the plugin manager.
What am I doing wrong? I have done this before on another computer and it worked fine.

Did you look under Preferences>Extensions to make sure the box for Round Corner is ticked? Did you look for its toolbar?
How did you install it? Did you use the SCF Plugin Store to do that?
