LayOut Crashing

I have moved my SketchUp Pro 2013 software to a new computer. LayOut keeps crashing. Every time I exit it, the software crashes and says there is an invalid character in my account. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix it?
Trimble Support had me reinstall the software but I am still getting the same problem. My only solution for now is to open LayOut and keep it open.

First, thanks for submitting your crash reports and putting your name on them, it makes it much easier for us to track down the problem.
It looks like you're encountering a file permissions problem. I'll PM you the exact path that's giving the error, but for anyone else reading this it's the SketchUp settings files in AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\ etc etc. The general solution is to either check to make sure your user account has permissions to that folder, or to run LayOut "as administrator".

Long story short, it sounds like moving aside the LayOut .plo files fixed the crashing problem. Funny thing is that the permissions looked ok, but there must have been something else going on.
