Sketchup Pro 2013/ Mac Constantly Crashing!

I purchase the version for my New Imac late 2013 customize, I install the sketch up and after I purchase the VRAy 2.0 for Mac OSX it keep crashing all the time. I ask the Chaos help and it says that is Sketchup. Where should I go. I am tired to ask for help in Trimble and it take 3 weeks to respond a simple question, I was getting more attention from Google that this crap company.
Angry without solutions.

v2013 has been very stable on my imac, although it's not the latest spec...
I did have a lot of issues trying to run the Vray beta's and wasn't convinced it had been sorted out properly.
Is SU stable without any Plugins?
Is SU stable with all other Plugins, but without Vray?
Is SU stable with Vray, but without all other Plugins?
Knowing these things and which graphics card my help improve your situation...

Vray for SketchUp is a known weak link. SketchUp 2013 on Mac has been very stable for me, too. Try disabling the Vray plugin and work with SketchUp for awhile. See how it goes.
