SKUP 2013 Floating Windows Problem

Hi, I've been using SKUP 2013 for a few weeks now without much problem. I have just upgraded my machine to Mavericks. I'm working with duel screens, I'm now finding that once I position my floating windows (layers,scenes etc.) in my second monitor to give me max space on my main monitor that ever time I access another screen via mission control to look at another App, that when i return to SKUP all my floating windows have reverted back to my main screen. I have looked everywhere for the solusion but no luck. I have never had a problem like this in the 6 years of using SKUP that I can't resolve.......and now this is driving me crazy. PLEASE PLEASE HELP it is killing my work flow.

So it didn't do this before you upgraded to Mavericks?
