Pages and layers are jumping up the stack
-
I have noticed something a little new for me in layout 2013. Lately when I click to change pages or layers in the corresponding stack, the selected layer or page will jump to the top of the layer stack. I am sure I am not selecting and dragging at the same time...Is there a new preference somewhere that is causing this? its a bit tedious to keep moving things back down the stack.
Any help would be much appreciated,
thanks in advance,
Chad

That's really odd. I've been using LO since it was released and haven't seen that happen. Is this a frequent occurrence? Can you duplicate it? Maybe while recording a screen video capture? What OS? Perhaps you could complete your profile?

I'm not seeing odd behaviour on WIN7 with LO 2013

Haven't experienced anything like this...
I'm working daily with some heavy projects in LO...Must be system specific...
Have you checked for malware...? -
While this has happened more than once, its not constant and I haven't been able to trigger the effect. I think it may have something to do with the tray being on a second monitor and the specific monitor settings.... Next time it acts up I will go for a screen video capture and we can go from there.
Thanks

I can only think that your pointing device may be at fault. Check your settings. You may have it at "hover/select". This would result in potentially selecting and dragging accidentally.
