Cleanup registry?

I can't find an old post about cleaning up registry entries left behind by plugins that had been removed. I think ThomThom posted a little script that cleaned it up. Ring any bells?

Nick, I remember he did a .bat file that would delete all the toolbar registry entries that would build up over time. As I recall, it just deleted all toolbar-related entries so you would have to go in and reset all your toolbars. I'll have a poke around and see if I can find it.
