Vray sketchup mac problem

Hi, Vray for mac is doing my tree in at the moment, for some reason its replacing a google map / terrain with a block colour, and i have no idea how to solve it, tryed reinstalling vray, tried different version of sketch up.
no idea, any help would be appreciated. -
I don't have vray or a mac, but one possibility and a bump so others may answer, check that you don't have the face reversed.
