Sketchup Pro license

Hi!
I paid with a credit card over a week ago.
I have followed up my cc company to see what is going on.
I sent Trimble an email to find out what is going on.
The only sense I got was from the credit card company who says Trimble are still processing the payment at their end.
How long does it take for a business to take your money?
Past experiences says it happens straight away. They all love that stuff.
I have not heard a word from Trimble.
Does anyone know if I will see my license before Christmas?
What was your purchasing experience?
Cheers

I upgraded from 8pro to 2013pro and my licensing info showed up in about 3 minutes, I heard the horror stories similar to yours, but my experience was uneventful in a pleasant way.
If there is a phone-in option, do that.

Horror stories?
Is this not just a simple etransaction?
Would have been nice to have a decent trial period so we could use the program until they complete whatever at their end.

Nick, we aren't Trimble so we don't have any definitive information. Have you checked your spam e-mail box? I have heard of a few cases where the purchaser's e-mail service routed the license info into junk mail. Perhaps it happened to you?

Where do you live? (what country?) and who did you buy the license from? Was it in the US? Or in another country?

Hi Chris and Dave
All sorted.
Got an email from Patrick this morning.
Payment cleared last night and my license info came through this morning.
Up and running, and Booleaning.
Cheers

Oh good, I'll go give Patrick a big hug for you in the morning.
