[REQ] collision control camera

I need to create a video which the camera is supposed to travel down a very narrow tunnel and progressively gets faster until the end, I need it to be done is SU and not a render app but find SU camera controls just too clunky to achieve the turns I need, no matter how I set it up I end up cutting through a wall at some point, so what I need is a camera that does not go through geometry, is there something available out there?
