Useful plugins for game design
-
Hello everybody.I was wondering can you recommend me some useful plugins for game design?
Right now the only ones I use are "Tools on surface" , "Joint Push Pull" , "Round Corner" and "Fredo Scale". Thank you -
It really depends on what type of modeling you're doing...

Mariyan,
Krisidous has a good point. It does depend on what type of modeling you do. Architecture, product design, wood working, gaming, sci-fi etc..
In general, it would be helpful if you expand the info on your profile. Your profile provides a good starting point to forum members and moderators as they ponder a reply.
Now, if you use it for architecture, which by the plugins you use now, you may or may not, you might find Instant Roof by Vali Architects and Profile Builder by Whaat very useful for your modeling and workflow.
Also, welcome to the forum.

If you want organic subdivison modeling don't miss Artisan!

As already pointed out, there are too many to list, everyone is different.
There is only one plugin that is universally useful.....
SketchUcation's very own PluginStore. http://sketchucation.com/resources/plugin-store-download

Thank you very much for the replies, I would like to use Sketchup for game design.
Here is my recent work :

I basically don't know what I'm searching for, that's why I made the thread.I'm just in search of plugins which will allow me to make more curved objects like airplanes and cars and some plugins which will save me some time.Because very often I make something very complex for just 5 minutes in sketchup, after that I need to make something really simple and it takes 5 hours to work with the line tool and soften edges. -

As Box said; first and foremost the sketchucation pluginstore. it will let you install just about every plugin and remove it when you don't want to use it.
Then for gaming I would suggest Artisan, Vertex Tools, UV Tools, Fredo's entire set with emphasis on ThruPaint.

Get the toolbar 'Projection' by Didier Bur!
The last icon lets you make an extruded "line(s)"
Very practical in many cases! -
This is much more than I expected. Thank you soooo much guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!

UP! Hello I was wondering is there something new or unmentioned in the thread. So I decided to renew the thread, rather than posting a new one. Thanks !
