Can,t open layout 2013 anymore

Hi there,
I,m using Layout 2013 almost from the first relaese, after a few weeks , it crashes every time i try to open it. Also when i go there from Sketchup.
I re-installed it several times, als updated my graphic card driver.
The people at Sketchup told me that a unicode in my account name could be the problem, but i dont, have that.
I,ve also removed the custom made templates and scrapbooks in LO.
All of this didn,t do the trick.
I,m getting al little desperate , because i need it every day.Any sugestions?

Perhaps you could share some useful information like what operating system you are using. could be a permissions issue. Have you been getting Bug Splats? Have you been sending them?

Thanks for replying.
I,m using al Dell precison M6300 with windows XP , and send about 20 bug splat reports.
Also send an email to the SK help center.
