Perfect Transfering a skp file to another PC

Hi everybody
what's the perfect way for tansfering a sketchup file with all materials(Vismats) and light setting(ready for render) from a pc to another one?
in other words,I mede a model with all vray setting for rendering but my pc can't does it cause of its low properties so I want to transfer it to another pc(my friend) with proper properties for rendering.
do me a faver and say what should i do.
