Did the Create Face tool become a Pro-only feature?

It had been part of the free version. But now that my Pro trial for SU 2013 expired, Create Face is missing from the menus and the Shortcut portion of the Preferences window. I had it assigned to Shift-Ctrl-F as I used it a lot.

No. It didn't become a Pro only feature. It is part of the Utilities Tools which, although no longer packed with SketchUp is available from the Extension Warehouse. You just have to go get it.
