      Hello,

I'm trying to create a tapered fluted column (resembling the Greek Doric order) of certain specifications. I was thinking that since I can retrieve the columns from a pre-made temple, it would be easiest just to edit these columns. Is there a way to edit the upper diameter, lower diameter, and height of these premade columns? (The model I'm trying to edit is from the "Greek Temple" by Xaya in the 3d warehouse.

      Sincerely,
      John

Yes, you could. I made the short column from XAYA's tall one at the left.

Height was adjusted with the Move tool while the capital and the top of the fluted column size was done with the Scale tool. Only a few minutes to do.

TBH, the column could use a little fixing up. The column itself isn't centered on the base and the capital isn't centered on the column. I'd make the parts components, too. Especially if you'll have more than one. I'd do it even if there is only one.
