Customise my tool bar

Hi all
Can anyone tell me how to customise my toolbar with all the cool plugins i've got.
Like in all these utube videos guys have all their tools at the top all organised.

Thanks for your suggestion Cotty but.
Im afraid this dragging on to the toolbar or file part of the tool bar doesn't work for me.
Im using sketchup pro 8 and mac osx 10.7.5 -

Next, find an example image of what it is you are trying to do and post that.
If what you are trying to emulate was shown on a PC, you can't do the same thing with the toolbars on Mac. They don't work the same way.
