Hey I'm using the last version of layout and I was wondering if there is a way to correct a dimension in layout without to correct it in sketchup ? I just want to change the number, not the drawings...

    Any idea ?

Sure. Just edit the text box for the dimension and type the dimension you want it to be. Double click on it to open the box for editing.

        Dave,

I suppose nlx drew the dimension in Sketchup, not Layout... I'm sorry but if this is the case you have to update it in SU and then reload the reference in Layout.

If the dimension is placed in SU instead of LO, you can edit it in the same way. Double click on its text box in SU and type what you want it to say. Then you will have to update the reference for LayOut.

Another good reason to use the dimension tool in LO instead of in SU.

The dimension is only a text box so you can edit it like any other text box.

Rules? Do you mean guidelines? Yes. Render in Raster or Hybrid.
