Styles and section cuts

Hi all
Can anyone tell me why when i change styles in my model it enables my section cuts.
Is there a way to disable this.

Go into the Edit tab of the Styles dialog, click on the blue cube icon for Modeling settings. Untick the boxes for Section planes and Section cuts. Then click on the thumbnail in the upper left corner to update the style.
