      Hi everyone.

Just got a new desktop at work, and have put SketchUp 13 pro on. Have been using the 'round corner' plugin with SU7 pro for a long time now, and had no problem extracting the files to the plugin directory. However, with SU13 it just will not work. After extracting the Libfredo 4.9 & round corner files to the SU13 plugins directory, and starting the SU software I get the following.....

      http://i40.tinypic.com/6th3t4.png

      http://i42.tinypic.com/bf1ag6.png

Here's the route for the directory on SU13 (which does differ from the one from previous versions of SU, does that mean anything?)

      C\Program Files(x86)\SketchUp\SketchUp13\Plugins

Can anyone please help? I have grown used to working with this super little plug in and don't want to be without it!

      Many Thanks

You need to fix your Plugins folder security permissions to be FULL for everyone listed.
By default Windows limits security-permissions to folders within the 'Program Files' folder to be 'read-only'.
        Even for admins !
You need to have 'FULL' [read/write] security-permissions to the Plugins folder to be able to add/write files into it.
So... to fix the folder's settings you first need 'admin-rights' - it's a good idea to give yourself admin-rights in the Users Control Panel...
        Now highlight the Plugins folder's icon: right-click > context-menu > Properties > Security > Edit.
        Give everyone listed FULL rights.
OK to apply and save changes...

From now on you should be able to install plugins manually... OR by using the much easier >= v8M2 / v2013 'installer' features available when plugins come packaged in RBZ archive format... πŸ˜„
Also any plugins that need to add/write files/subfolders into the Plugins folder can do so...

In passing... can I suggest you also 'fix' the permissions for the SketchUp Components, Materials and Styles subfolders, because from time to time you will want to add files into those too... πŸ˜•
