Been surprised this morning by those new icons before topic title.
I found them too bold, not in balance with the style of the page.
Just to tell.

Ah, someone has posted already. Yeah, not liking the bold solid colors too much either. Something a little less heavy would be nice. Especially with all that RED.

I think the critique is graphic, not content. I figured you all would want some feedback, good or ill on site-wide changes.

The new icons no longer indicate that I've contributed to the thread either. I use the visual queue all the time. Any chance to put that back?

ok, the indicator icons are gone again. Its back to not being able to tell which posts I've commented in.

Yeah, that's what I'm missing too.
Even before with the square buttons, it was only showing that tiny little box in the corner on the "hot" topics, but not regular threads. I don't mind the icons this go-around, they seem about the right size and shape, but I do mind the reduction in information.... and obligatory screengrab and notes...

Thanks for sticking the "active topics" link on all the pages. That's the one I use the most and I always had to go back to "Board index" to find it.
