Hi Guys, im using sketchup for 5 months now and using Vray as my renderer. had no problem using it until this recent project came up. The materials in vray material editor are multiplyng. Like e.g I have a material named 'Book' after a few minutes, when I check the material editor box and I see, 'Book1','Book2','Book3'...and so on and keeps on replicating and and then other materials also were affected. it made my 10mb model into 120mb...making my rendering SUPER slow and open,saving,auto-saving really time consuming.

I tried deleting but they keep coming back. Have I done something wrong? virus? How can I prevent this type of problem?

one quick troubleshooting advice: are you running more than one window of Sketchup? There are some bugs that occur if you have more than one instance of vray running at the same time. Try using only one window of SU and see if the problem goes away.
