Interior animation

A client has requested a 3d interior animation of a proposed build. It is a large shopping mall, but raw sketchup output is not acceptable. What packages would you guys recommend to take a look at - none that require installation of software at clients end please (Lightup?)
Tight schedule as usual, interior animation not my forte. -
Use Lumion. It can export animation to .avi file format.

Interiors are tricky. I'd say the new Lumion is getting there, it's a pretty expensive package but with a little practice a good video card one could get a decent interior result, however if your animation requires doors to open, lights to switch on, etc then I'd say that's still not easily done in Lumion.
Lightup seems like a good option too, I have a first version and never spent enough time playing with it however the new version looks very capable, not sure if it can handle third party animations, but give it a try I believe it could be what you need.
