How to Make this Chair?

Hi,

I'm new here. I've only been using Sketchup 8 (Free) for a month or so. I have a project I need to do on Sketchup- there are some chairs I need to model that are an integral part of the design; the only problem is I have no idea how to model them.

Can someone point me to a tutorial or give me some instructions as to how to make the chair in the attached images. I was hoping there might have been a pre-made one in the 3D Warehouse but I couldn't find it

here's a start on it.. it has some mistakes but i don't feel like starting over to correct them
maybe throw some legs on there and call it a day..
