Something I will have to work on myself is to compose the scene with 3 layers of objects in space. Your 3rd image has a grate foreground vegetation and middle layer (building) but maybe some far object like mountains will complete the 3 layers but if the site doesn't have that its ok. All three images are looking great!

Thank you Rafael for your comment. 😄 I agree that on the third image there's something missing in the background. As it's a WIP i will try to integrate that in the progress. Also i want to add some people to liven the scenes up.

            Hi,
I like how the sun shines through the the trees, and the reflection on the materials of the seats. The image composition (diagonals) is good.

If I had designed a kindergarden on my own, I would add more alternation (to stimulate fantasy and playing of children). (I personally like gardens with organic shapes which maybe does not fit well to this building. I've also once seen a kindergarden that was completely built of colored hexagons.)

hey Aerilius, thanks for your comment. i definetly understand your point. the thing is that my prof was looking for a pretty minimalistic concept for the garden. i personally also think that organic shapes are better for children to interact with, but in the conception progress i discarded them as the building itself has very geometric shapes which wouldn't go along organic landscape shapes.

We did a childcare project for a First Nations in Canada. When we toured the original site, it had this little kind of gully, and wild area within the fenced in play ground area. There was also the regular playground equipment. The staff told us the kids spent all their time in the wild area, which was evident by the paths they had created. So what we did was create areas like this within the playground. Small hills to climb, places to build forts, and any element that would let the kids use their imagination.
                It was a great success.
If you think you can incorporate anything like this in to your project, talk it over with the staff who will work there, or others in the childcare field, and see what ideas come out of it.

hey dale, thanks for your suggestions. i will do a render of the areas, which are not visible in this pictures and more afar from the building. they are supposed to stimulate the free play of the children.
