Vray reflection material gone when reopening the file.

Hi friends,

I modeled a interior scene having reflection on floor and glass. Also i used reflection to show mirror. My problem is that when i reopen the scene all reflection material got removed and unable to see reflections and mirror. Plz help. Thanx.
