PAST VERSION LOST!

Hi all! I'm very sorry to bother, but I need some help.

I cannot find an italian installer of SketchUp v.7 free (win version), maybe I was always saying "I'll be able to download it later" but I never did it....
I've searched all the web, but I could't find any.

Maybe one of you guys stored it somewhere in his pc...

I'd need the italian user guide also...

a search for the appropriate file name of the installer should yield to some results... but be careful with downloads from unknown sources.

JEAN: thank you sir. I already scrolled that page (MANY times, indeed) but only pro versions are linked, unfortunately, and I needed the free version..

PILOU: thank you for your effort, my friend, I really appreciate it, but in the list there is no SketchUp 7..

I'm still missing the italian user guide. I found several copies of the english user guide (800 pages!!!!!) but no italian manual, so I'm starting to think there is no italian translation of that. I know there was for v6 (I have it), but I can't remember if there is for v7. Can anyone confirm this?

Maybe the PRO version will change to the free version after the evaluation hours (?)

not with recent versions.

'pibuz' is probably keen on version 7 because of the DXF/DWG import not being available for later versions...

As far a I remember this was changed in V8, so the downloadable V7 may change (?)...

Hi folks.

If I remember correctly, it is only with Version 8 (V8) that SketchUp (SU) Pro will not revert to Free after the evaluation period is completed.

In the choices shown on the page I gave in my previous post, you will have 4 choices:

1 - SketchUp Pro 8
2 - SketchUp 8
3 - SketchUp Pro 7
4 - SketchUp Pro 6

My understanding is that:

choice 1 is for SU Pro 8. If you want Free, don't choose that one.
Choice 2 is for SU Free 8. Choose that one if you want the latest version of SU Free.
Choice 3 is for SU Pro 7. This one shall revert automatically to Free 7 after the trial period is over. Choose that one if you want SU Free 7.
Choice 4 is for SU Pro 6. This one shall revert automatically to Free 6 after the trial period is over. Choose that one if you want SU Free 6.

Just ideas.

OH GREAT! I did not know that v7 pro reverted to free after the trial period expiration!

(BTW: looking for v7 free just because of the dwg import feature, smart intuition )
