V-ray installation wizard won't work... HELP

Hi everybody,
I recently changed the hard drive on my PC and upgraded from windows 7 to 8.
I reinstalled all my programs except V-ray.
When I launch the application the installation wizard's window pops out but it's blank.
I tried re-downloading the application, restarting the computer... nothing changed.
Did anyone run into the same issue? -
I believe you need to run the install in windows 7 compatibility mode. That was the answer on the vray forum from one of the admin. Hope that helps.

I have the same problem and I do this step to compatibilize the software and it works fine to me.
