Rounded corners

I have been using rounded corners for quite sometime with great results. Recently I have been getting an error message when using the first icon. The other 2 icons work fine.

Any suggestions?

Your 60s seems a lot of segments [try 12!]
Also the offset is 6" - how big is the box ??
