I've never posted any of my images in this forum but decided today that I would bite the bullet. So here we go. Here is one of our recent projects. A bespoke kitchen just outside London UK. Many hours of modelling and rendered in Twilight with some post pro in Gimp.

      CCs welcome

Grand! I like the built-in appliance shot. Kitchens always look better without upper cabinets, huh? if you can convince the client they don't need them. πŸ˜‰

        Inventive 'nook' concept!

Keep posting-- why not put this in the Gallery, or are you going to work on it some more?

            Incredible design and modeling πŸ‘

I could probably fit my house in that kitchen πŸ˜’

Yes, it might even go in the "Gallery" gallery http://sketchucation.com/community/gallery--why do they use the same name for this? Not sure how things end up there, and I think they haven't enough time to put more stuff up.

How long does the rendering (cooking) take in Twilight for something like this?

Hi Peter. I still have a little bit of tweaking to do on this but I'll then post in the gallery. It cooked overnight for about 12 hours at 1400px I then did a SU line overlay and did a bit of PP in Gimp

Great start mate, glad you are posting.

A couple of observations, the image looks grainy, either let it render longer or try using a noise filter in Gimp. The exterior is too vivid, try toning it down a little, was that inserted in post processing?

                          Nice work Dan

Do you have an image without the SU line overlay (for comparison)?
