I need your help

Hello.
i have a slight problem with my sketchup.
I use Vray to render my work and i have made a pole with sockets in in my regular work,but i cant get the settings in vray to work so i can have that marvellous picture like i see all over here that you got.
I want them to be as good as its possible, to be able to send them to customers.
Can anybody help me with the settings to make this work. I am ripping my hair off here..

You could try adding a studio setup, like explained here:
