Hello SketchUcation Users, I just joined this comunity in hope to improve my renders.

I've used SketchUp quite a long time now, loving how easy it is and how friendly and great looking the presentations can be.
But i'm new to photorealistic rendering, testing some rendering engines had made me stay with Vray, but learning it has been a bit difficult for me, i've been researching reading blogs watching tutorials, but I seem to get doubts all the time that it could be most helpful if i could just directly ask someone with experience. Sadly this softwares are not very common in my country (or in my city) here people uses 3d Max, also Vray as render engine, I've tried asking my coworkers about some of my doubts in vray, but sometimes i get even more confused!

based on all this "kind-of-frustrating" experience is why i come to you, a bit ashamed to ask for help, but then i read "friendly place, and that there were no stupid questions"...

at this moment (wich was the ultimate motivation for me to join the forum) i've been having SU bug splat just before vray ends rendering, (i was trying to render a scene wich lasted about 30 minutes, and SU crashed jus before the last sqare was fully rendered).

If any of you is available throug any instant messaging aplication (like skype) i would really apreciate it.

Well i've been working on a scene that i think is finally going the right direction, i still need to polish lots of details. What rendering engine do you use?
