Hi I hope I state this question right. I am trying to create a radial engine head. I was wondering how you can create all those fins around the cylinder head to tapper from a wide hole to a narrow hole all at once. So the fins reduce at a good ratio, togehter. I thought I could do it some how with the scaling tool but no luck.
      Thanks,
      Doug

Doug, could you attach something that is more visual than your description?

Yeah wasn't sure if that would make sense I will try when I have time to post a photo. But the jist is trying to get all the cooling find around a cylinder head to taper all at once together so they look like they are uniformly tapering.

You should probably use copies of a component arranged radially and one you change one instance of them, all the others change. I am just not sure about the shape itself.

Thanks for that tip. That is what I love about SketchUp just when think you can't do something someone has found a way. I tried it out and that is the exact idea I was going for. Excellent tip!!!
                  Thanks,
                  Doug
