I've wrapped my head around moving/rotating components/groups, but i would like to create shapes that morph, flatten, turn from rectangle to triangle, etc... by animating individual faces/lines? Is that possible?

edit, sorry, please move this into the plug-ins section

I believe the only way of doing something like that would be to create shape 1 with a scene and shape 2 with a finishing scene and then model several iterations in between the two shapes saving a scene each time.
