      Hi Guys,

I'm a newbie here and i have several problems with my plugins. I installed weld.rd, unfold. curviloft, Bz toolbar and extrusion tools. Everything works fine except for weld.rd that does not even show up in sketch-up.

Then the strangest thing is that the files of curbiloft and extrusion have disappeared from the plug-in folder. I'm a bit puzzled.

Thanks for your help and sorry for my french translated English.

      Mathieu

Check your security-permissions for the Plugins folder [right-click > Properties > Security].
        Set you rights to 'full'.
If you don't have 'full' rights Windows might then put files into a 'side-folder'... without telling you - 'Compatibility Files' folder, or something like that - is there a button saying that on the Windows window for Plugins ?
Move files/folders back into Plugins as needed...
You will also need full rights to the Components, Materials and Styles folders for some operations, so fixes those too, while you are at it...

Thank you TIG for your answer.

Well I checked my securities permissions and they are set to full. I still can't see the files. Weld.rb is visible but does not appear in sketch up

Can you post a screen-shot of the Plugins folder window...
Are you sure there's no 'Compatibility Files' button ?
