The new exporter is great. Although I exported a model on the heavy side the other day and the thing ran like a dog in Vue. I thought it was supposed to handle hi-polys with ease. It was so hard to work with the import that I almost gave up on it. My total model was just over a million poly's with 12000 objects.

I use tak2hata's obj exporter. It works way better than that stupid plugin I bought at Cornucopia.
It even smooths out the curves.
valerostudio, I use thomthom's cleanup script from here, works great also.
Really reduces the file size for importing into Vue.
