Render perspective without shadow

hello everybody,i want to show interior layout with investor,but i don't want render with shadow,because it's not real,so i need your help,thanks guys,i want to do like under picture, maybe it can have a little shadow.

Option one:
Disable sun and use only GI for lighting.Option two, what I have used for scenes like the one you posted:
Add a surface where the ceiling should be, on the side facing the interior, apply a material. One the side facing the camera, apply a transparent material.
That makes it opaque for shadows and external lights, but the camera still sees inside. You then need to place lights inside to light it.
