Windows keyboard shortcut map?

I am looking for a windows version of a keyboard map showing the default sketchup shortcuts. I spent a bit of time searching but came up empty. Anybody have a source for this? Below is the Mac version of what I am looking for.

That is the quick reference card. I was looking for and actual keyboard map like the one I attached. -
with PS u could quickly put one together? no? -
yeah, but I am pretty sure I made the mac ones from a windows set I downloaded once, so I thought they might be out there all done.
