Ugly section face cuts
-
Is this a very large file in dimensions? Does it cover a few square kilometers?
If not, do you have some stray geometry, maybe hidden or on a layer that is turned off? Or is the model far away from the axis origin? All of those things will make the clipping severe on a model.

my site is 11 acres, i have stray lines deleted with the plugin that's made 4 it, applied cleanup by thomthom. the problem persists.

That's the problem. See here:

http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=36261i changed the perspective angles a lot of times, moreover deleted the cad file that my model had, the ugly cuts remain

Did you do any of the things that were recommended in the link Gai posted? It doesn't sound like it.
-
this model is really driving me nuts, when i enable shadows, the view gets divided in half, with the buildings showing up in the upper half, and the brown ground colour in the bottom half

Mr. Dave R I did everything that's mentioned in that link. If it doesn't sound like it, then what can I do
-
It sounds like you've drawn the model partially below the ground plane. That would account for the shadow problem.
I asked my other question because in the past you've been given solutions to your problems but ignored them and continued to complain that the problem isn't fixed.

I think this is the bit you need (from the Help link):

This can also happen if your model is very far away from the origin point (the point where the red, green, and blue axes intersect). In that case, you can move your model closer to the origin point following these steps:
Select all of the geometry in your model by typing Control+A or Command+A, or by clicking and dragging the Select tool across your geometry. Change to the Move tool by going to Tools > Move. Grab a corner point of the selected geometry that is on the ground plane and start to move the selected geometry. Type [0,0,0] (including the square brackets) in the Measurement toolbar (which is in the lower-right corner of the SketchUp window). This causes the selected point to be moved to the origin point.
Move your house to the origin (and you may have to move again if you are working a lot on another part of the 11 acres (nice size lot).

I did this too but still getting that cuts man moved to the origin, changed perspective angles, deleted autocad stuff, still getting failed

Sorry it's not working. And you ARE in perspective camera view?

Yes I am in perspective. Sketchup is really troubling me sometimes in the components browser, on clicking the down arrow drop down menu in it when I click components, it gets stuck. i.e. for e.g. if I have the landscape library opened and i want to go back to the architecture pack it won't show up. When I restart sketchup, it starts working fine. Looks like my system has a sketchup virus or somethin'

you have another post for this question... try to keep your posts together and not spread out.
this is a known issue called clipping. your model has extremely small geometry and extremely big geometry... and the origin is to far from the farthest point.
