Not quite right

Greetings fellow Sketchers!

I've been working on a project, in which I use 'Draw offset contours on Surface' and 'Joint Push Pull'. The overall result looks pretty nice, except for one little flaw. To illustrate the problem I've attached a screenshot and listed the settings I used below:

With the Contours on Surface:

'Outer contours' selected only

With Joint Push Pull:

Erase original faces
Borders on outer faces only
Influence to non-selected neighbors: yes
Angle of influence: 0

Form the look of your pic it appears there maybe surface and edge issues. Can you post your model to the 3d warehouse

First of all, sorry for the late reply!

Fortunately the problem has been resolved I turned on hidden objects and simply traced the offset!
