So you want to remove inner geometry? If there are solids you can use the Outershell tool to make them manifold
If not upload a sample for understanding

hm this is isnt the right tool.
ok switch to the x-ray tool...all what you now see, that will i delete. the outershelltool work only if parts overlapping.

all red parts i will delete.thank you
