Not so new, need master's advice

Hi everybody,
I'm not really a newbie but I couldn't figure where to post this question.
I'm pretty familiar with SU but when it comes to modeling complex curvy/organic shapes it's a whole different story. Anyway, I'm basicaly trying to find a good online training to learn 3D modeling ABC's.
Does anyone have a suggestion? -
