Sculpting Plugin name

I have been searching everywhere and i cannot find it!
It is an organic sculpting tool...that works great with surfaces..The tutorial video showed a demo of it with a lighthouse and a couple fences.
that is all the info i have on it...I hope someone out here knows exactly which i am talking about. You did have to pay for it...maybe that will help pinpoint it.
