Where has 'create face' gone in SketchUp 8?

Hello, i'm new, it's nice to be here.
I recently got SketchUp 8 and am confused as to where the 'create face' function from the tools>utilities tab has gone?
I've had a good look on the internet for an explanation but can't find a thing, i hope someone can help...

Just a guess but have you checked the box for Utilities Tools under Preferences>Extensions?
