Just ran across this interesting freeprogram http://pcon-planner.com/en/gallery.html. Also has an extensive .DWG database for direct download of office and space planning items. Yes, it will import from 3D warehouse and export to SketchUP, how 'bout that for a free program?

I've tested it. A very intuitive to use program. may be interesting for fast design of rooms with doors and windows. Import-Export from and to Sketchup works fine.

thanks for your information, i've been played with it a bit, and it has a quite nice feature, kind of Revit on a free version i think..
image below is a trial rendering.. too bad i can't find a way to edit the texture.. probably someone already try this? this software could be an interesting found..

The tutorials show quite an impressive program. I haven't tried it yet, but it appears to be only in metric, can anyone confirm that? I'd like to know before loading it, like many USA'ers I don't speak metric very well.

have you find a way to setting up the texture (i mean like glossiness or bump)??, it must be there i think (but maybe not integrated yet), since they using YAFARAY engine into their renderer
