Insert scale problem

Bit of background at work I'm on a imac at home windows 7.
I'm trying to insert a sketchup model into layout and then scale it. When I try to scale it I just get a dirty great yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in the bottom right.
Whats happened I need rid of this reasonably fast!

It means that the model is not updated. If you select the model, on the right, under the SU model on the tray, there must be another tirangle next to a button "Render". Push that button.

Yep think your right, I just found the automatically re render sketchup models! Thanks for the quick reply!

Best is to keep it on automatic unless the model is very complex and LO is unresponsive. In that case, sometimes it's better to be able to control when it becomes unresponsive. (Just like automatic vs. manual saving in SU although of course, not that risky)
