Artificial lighting problem

Hi,
I have a problem about the artificial lighting in my V- ray version 1.48.89. when i tried to render using all kind of artificial lightings it seems to be having no lights. I tried to returned it into default setting but still the same, i tried to applied other rendering software such as podium but appears the same no artificial lights even though have. is this a bug problem?
