Hi Bing,
Could you attach a simple example file here?
-
i will but i need to to make a su model because most of my scene are big file i will try also to select small file only...
-
Okay. There are issues that can only be ironed out when one can really have a look at that model.
-
Where?
-
here is a simple sample...i don't know why i can not upload the file...
i click upload attachment then i browse my file and i click add file, nothing happen...
-
My render application does the same. Never noticed that before. Guess the only solution would be to render with all of the elements in the window, then crop the final image.

How big is the file?
If nothing works, you can upload it to anywhere and paste the link here. -

OK, Thanks.
I am really stumped. That face with the background is set NOT to cast (or receive) shadows. What is that smaller face right in front of the window however? Is that some kind of emitter? That is set to DO cast (and receive) shadows. Is that not blocking the sunlight? What if you also set that not to cast shadows?
Also, in scene 4, the sun is coming from a direction that it cannot shine in through the window.
I do not use Podium so I was just hoping to find a solution with these settings only.
Great render though. I also saw your post in the gallery (just I was too much in the rush to comment yesterday).

maybe your telling the blind curtain in my window? as you try the scene 3 there is shadow if i remove the background, but if i put back the background the shadow will not come inside my room

i think you can try also to use the image as a glass texture then edit the opacity to 50%... just make sure that you map it properly
