Very good work and beautiful images.
How did you do the hedges?

Hi, thanks for comments.

@mitcorb: in fact there are about 12 apartments. The gardens are owned apartments on the ground floor. Even i do not like this solution, but the customer asked just that. And i must say that unfortunately is a type widely used and very popular here, in my part.

@DVERGER: about the hedges, it is very simple: i created the boxes, and applied the texture. Then, later, i worked in the picture with Photoshop clone-stamp leaf-shaped.

Hi broomstick, thanks for comments!
The building will be built on the southern outskirts of Milan, for now the work had not yet started.
I think they should start in a couple of months at most.

Great detail and stunning images. The only Critique I have is perhaps a lack of people in the images to give an idea of scale.

About the people, i discussed some of this with my client, but the decision was not to put human figures in the scene.
I usually use them, for the reason you said: To give an idea of the right proportion.
