I saw plugin for selecting objects with material

Another day I saw here in the forum a plugin which selected objects in the scene with a specific material. Does anyone know where is it? I searched but I could not find it.

Besides all this, isn't it a built-in function ?
right-click on a painted face, then Select > all with same material (or similar in english).

This only captures elements in the currently active entities collection. My plugin also searches for that material in any sub-components or groups.

EDIT:
It also doesn't work on the default material.
