Layout 3 > where is A2 landscape+A2 portrait in MyTemplates?

I need A2 paper for my design. (I am using Google Sketchup Pro 8.0.3117) But in Layout 3 i couldn't find A2 paper, i could find A1 or A4 papers but no A2 paper. Please tell me how to add A2 paper in "My Templates"...Do i need to install any plug-ins?...Please help me in it ASAP.

Open a template, any template. Then go to File>Document SetUp>Paper and choose the A2 paper size. You could then save it as a template.
